Join Liza for Pilates matwork classes on Tuesday mornings in the Primrose Hill Library. Our classes are fun, friendly and challenging.
Our Pilates matwork classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people to ensure you receive individual attention, so reserving a place is recommended. There are mats available at the library, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
The Primrose Hill Community Library is located on Sharpleshall Street, NW1 8YN.
9am – Dynamic Class: A relatively fast-paced class suitable for healthy individuals with Pilates experience.
10.15am – General Class: A medium-paced class suitable for healthy individuals, preferably with some Pilates experience. The class is potentially suitable for people with a long-standing physical concern but not for those with osteoporosis.
11.30am – Gentle Class: A gentle-paced class suitable for beginners, for those with an injury, osteoporosis or recently post-natal, and for those who are not feeling as young as they once did.
