Excellent head alignment – with the band

If you only do one band exercise, make it this one! It takes less than two minutes and is great for helping you find a good head position and strengthening the muscles of your back and neck. Remember to take it easy – you don’t want to strain your neck. It is a LIGHT press back into the band!
