Here is a sequence of videos to do with the theraband. The first video is not suitable for everybody – there is too much rolling up and down for anyone with osteoporosis or a back issue. The rest of the videos work for everyone. They can be done individually or one after the other – whatever suits your mood and the time you have available! For the last two videos you will need to tie the band around your thighs, just above your knees – tie the band so that it is snug when your legs are together.
