Here are 5 videos for you to practise at home, now that we are no longer able to have classes in the library. You can be creative with how you use these videos – I have made each one start with a mobility move so it can stand alone. So you could use part 1, the standing warm-up, as an everyday mobilising routine. You could do the standing warm-up and then 1 other section, and do that for 5 days in a row. You could just do 1 part (if you are feeling lazy). Or you could do all 5 parts in a row for a full class. Gold star if you do that more than once a week!
