Here are 5 videos for you to practise at home, now that we are no longer able to have classes in the library. You can be creative with how you use these videos – I have started each one with a mobility move so it can stand alone. So you could use part 1, the standing warm-up, as an everyday mobilising routine. You could do the standing warm-up and then 1 other section, and do that for 5 days in a row. You could just do 1 section (if you are feeling lazy). Or you could do all 5 sections as a complete class. Gold star if you do that more than once a week! Apologies for my rather poor editing skills…
