About Liza and the phfitness studio
What are your fitness and wellness goals? My aim as a movement teacher is to take an intelligent and holistic approach to help you achieve your goals while also teaching better breathing, posture and movement patterns that can be incorporated into your daily life for improved health, vigour and well-being.
My studio has a wide range of equipment for addressing posture and alignment, for challenging your strength, stability and balance, for improving your cardiovascular fitness, for improving your proprioception and bone density, and for providing varied and interesting workouts. I can advise on healthy eating habits to aid weight loss. I use and teach the equipment with intelligence, offering up-to-date ideas and exercises to help you achieve total body wellness.
My equipment includes:
Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Baby Arm Chair, Spine Corrector and Small Barrel.
Power Plate, Kinesis Wall, Free Weights, Kettlebells.
Cross-trainer, Rower, Bike, Skier.

Pilates Matwork Classes in Primrose Hill
I also run 2 Pilates Matwork classes on Tuesdays at 10.15am (Dynamic) and 11.30am (Gentle) at the Primrose Hill Community Library on Sharpleshall Street, NW1. The classes are drop-in, but booking is recommended to reserve a place.
